I have made a double batch of the
sun-dried tomato hummus to take over to my sister's tomorrow for my niece's birthday celebration. I added a bit more lemon juice than the recipe called for because it wasn't quite as smooth as I thought it should be. We shall see how it turns out.

Sun-Dried Tomato Hummus with Pita Chips. The flavor was pretty good, but despite having ground it to death in the food processor, it still wasn't quite as smooth and creamy as I would've liked. I did not add more tahini because I felt like the flavor would've been a little too strong. Maybe a scoche more olive oil if I make it again.
Edit: 3-30-2009: Hummus 3000% percent better today. Seriously yummy. New rule: make two days in advance.
