Movie-Inspired Plot Bunny

I've got to get this out of my head, because I don't have all the skills needed to do this one justice.

This came out of the pre-titles sequence for ¡Viva Maria!: A cute little girl, whose father/father figure is a nihilist saboteur, spends her childhood helping him out while they blow up buildings, derail trains and shoot policemen. And then he gets killed and she takes over the family mission on her own.

My concept: the daddy was a "sovereign citizen" and so his daughter is almost completely off-the-grid; she never went to school, she doesn't know her own Social, to the law she's an "innocent infant" too young to be tried as an adult even if she was linked directly to daddy's crimes.

She's smart, she's adorable, she can charm people into wearing explosive suicide vests for her...
