The job is pretty cool. It is call center work but a number of things seem to be geared to making the job a bit more enjoyable than what I have heard of, from those being wage slaves for a phone company. I like it and think I should be able to do well at it ( Read more... )

Even though this hurts, I think I should post this. Something is messed up with my hands and wrists. They are all swollen and sore. Just enough swollen to make everything extra stiff. 11605 as of last night. Right now I hurt too much to do much of anything. So enjoy the respite.

Since the NaNo site is so bloody slow I will post here. I am currently at 3111 words and already my main character is running willy nilly all over things. Sometimes...have you ever wanted to bitch slap a character you are writing?

Okay...NaNo has begun. I am already at 2052, which isn't a bad start and I now have a job for a few hours. So it goes. But things are starting off really well. This world is so much richer than when I first visited it over 5 years ago. All new stuff and all good fun.

We'll see when the madness hits.
