Podbooks

Hey guys!

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to make a podbook.

I have a Mac with Garageband and I know how to make recordings, export and upload the fics ect. But previously I'd only been recording oneshots. I now have a bigger fic that has chapters and I'd like to be able to post them with the bells and whistles of them all being in one podbook. :)
