Chapter and Verse Question/Problem

Jul 13, 2015 21:04

I'm close to finishing a medium sized project that consists of several fics, varying from 25-65 minutes, all belonging to a series. I'd really like to create my own podbooks and I've read up on the tutorials posted in this community, and the consensus seems to be that Chapter and Verse is an excellent application for that kind of thing, even with using Windows?!

I've downloaded the latest version of Chapter & Verse, I've installed both Quicktime and iTunes, and ... C&V doesn't work. A quick google search tells me that C&V sometimes has problems with newer iTunes versions, even eosrose stated in their C&V tutorial that iTunes 10 is making things more difficult, so I found myself a copy of iTunes 9, deinstalled iTunes 12, installed iTunes 9 - and now neither iTunes nor C&V works.

Who knows what I'm doing wrong, who can help me figure this out?

ETA: I think I found the problem! I don't normally use the Windows Media Player and had the feature turned off! I've turned it on and reinstalled iTunes and Quicktime (as the website states C&V needs it) and now it's working!
