TODAY IS ELECTION DAY.
If you can, go vote. And I don't mean, "if you're not busy, go vote." I mean, if you are registered to vote somewhere GO DO IT.
Seriously, if the turnout of 18-24 year old voters remains as low as it has in past years? I will personally come to your house and punch those of you who didn't vote today.
Don't tell me, "I live in a Democratic/Republican state/county/whatever! My vote doesn't really matter!"
Regardless of whether or not you feel that your vote matters, this is your civic duty. People died to give you the right to vote, especially those of you who are women. It's your responsibility to stand up and be counted, even if you don't think that's going to mean anything in the long run. If you don't vote, no one in any level of government is going to take you seriously.
