boston locals!
Boston Internet! Does anyone want to do a haunted thing with me this year?
I'm looking at three different options:
1. Witch's Woods (Westford) - This is the one we did in 2011. Four different attractions, $32 admission for all four.
2. Lakeville Haunted House (Lakeville) - $15 admission for one longish maze-type thing in the woods.
3. Connor's Farm Haunted Cornfield (Danvers) - $20 admission for three attractions.
I'm free three evenings next weekend (10/11, 10/12, and 10/13) and Saturday and Sunday the weekend after that (10/19 and 10/20). I'd prefer a Friday or Saturday given they're all after sunset and all between 30 minutes and a hour away, but I can do Sunday if there are people who are only free on Sundays.
Any takers?
Also: BOSTON BOOK FEST!
Who wants to hang? Maybe brunch before and/or dinner after? I'm planning mostly the kids'/YA panels and the general outdoor book fair and stuff.
Friday night: Meet the Medalists - Newbery Medalists panel
Saturday: YA Legends Revisited (10:45a); Middle Grade: Read Your Own Adventure (1:45p); and Middle Grade Graphic Non-Fiction (4:30p)
So let me know who else is planning on going!
