monday morning update
Hello, internet. I hope your Monday is going well.
I'm in a bit of a low that I can only attribute to a steady stream of really excellent things. Three Saturdays ago was the Mutant Feelings Party, followed by a short work week, followed by my visit to Temporary Castle de Fangirl, followed by my birthday, followed by my birthday party. Yesterday was hard and today is harder, but there's a meeting I have to be at, so here I am.
I think the party went well, my general neediness aside. I am really just stunningly like my aunt sometimes, and it's not a good thing? But there was enough food and I think all the guests had a good time and it was great to see everyone, especially Florida ♥
Yesterday was mostly spent doing nothing, which I think I needed, but was overall not as helpful as I wanted it to be. I've been limping through today by focusing a lot of energy on writing an obnoxiously long email to pearl_o about a story I'm not actually writing. Also, I have coffee now, so. Tomorrow might need to be a mental health day :\
Pretty much just a vague update on ~*the state of pocky_slash*~. I will have a more interesting update in a little bit. I hope you're all getting by. Sorry I haven't been more ~*interactive*~ lately. Talking to people is hard.
