Today I got a parking permit and a new license! Yay!
(Well, I registered for a new license and they gave me a piece of cardboard. My actualfax new license will come in seven to ten days.)
The wait was almost twice as long as they told me it would be (but slightly shorter than mcwonthelottery predicted), but everyone was super nice and the actual process was painless.
