While I am on hold with the hospital (eta: To dispute a bill, not because I have a gaping head wound or anything), internet, I will entertain you with this exchange from Sunday night, as we watched the second half of season one of White Collar:
mcwonthelottery: Naomi and I have had this conversation like, a hundred times. In the pilot, when Neal thinks that someone's breaking into the apartment and it's really Mozzie and he picks up the fireplace poker to defend himself... could he do it? I think so.
pocky_slash: I don't know! I think he'd be much more likely to do it if it was someone else--like, Peter or June or Mozzie.
mcwonthelottery: Or El.
pocky_slash: What?
mcwonthelottery: Or El.
pocky_slash: Oh my god, yes, El too!
mcwonthelottery: 'Fuck her, let her die.'
pocky_slash: But yeah, if it was someone else, I think he'd be more likely to go at them. Even Diana, after the episode where they're BFF.
mcwonthelottery: Even though Diana is like, the last person on the show to need it.
pocky_slash: Seriously. She'd kill the dude before he could move.
mcwonthelottery: Diana would take the guy out while handcuffed to Neal. And wearing no pants. For whatever reason.
pocky_slash: One hand handcuffed to Neal, one hand cuffed to the wall, and no pants and when they bust in she's still standing on the unconcious guy.
mcwonthelottery: There are like, nine guys in the room and they're all dead.
pocky_slash: I can't believe we don't have the internet! We need to share this with the world!
