the continued saga of soup in a bread

This isn't really a continued saga, actually, it's more like a way of saying, "Hey, internet, I am at Panera again in an effort to battle writer's block, and I am once again enjoying soup in a bread."

Or something like that.

I watched the missing episode of Psych (aka the episode that aired while I was at Jen's and forgot to watch it aka "Lassie Did a Bad, Bad Thing") before I left and it just reinforces that the premiere was kind of lame and the subsequent episodes have been awesome. All of a sudden, I want to write Psych post-eps. I don't know why. But I want one where Shawn thinks about what he would go through if someone happened to Gus and then a sequel that takes place after "Earth, Wind, and...Wait for It" where Shawn freaks out over Gus, you know, jumping into fire and everything.

Unfortunately, I can't write Shawn. Like, at all. I'm really bad at it. Gus, no problem, but Shawn? Yikes. So, instead I will wait for the internet to write this for me.

I'm waiting, internet.

What I should be writing is any of the following:
  • My NaNo novel
  • My kids' novel
  • Any 14valentines stories
  • Especially the one for someone's birthday
  • My claim for sam_will_stuff
  • "Welcome to Camp Crystal Wraith" (working title)

What I am writing instead is a prompt from sam_will_stuff that I haven't even claimed. I am starting to look at every prompt as a personal challenge to me. I MUST WRITE THEM ALL. THEY ALL NEED TO EXIST. I AM A CRAZY PERSON.

But there are three, really, that I will probably end up doing. I am set on two of them and pretty set on the third, too. I don't know when I think I will have time to do this, but there you go.

Now I am going to minimize Firefox and write. I promise. Any second now...

writing: is hard, sam/will stuff, fic i'm totally not writing, psych
