ARGH FANDOM FRUSTRATION!

So, someone linked me over to fandomsecrets because there was a secret about Psych that referenced something we had discussed many, many times and... well, okay. First off, it took me about two seconds to remember why I NEVER GO OVER THERE. FRUSTRATION ABOUNDS. Fandom is supposed to be my happy place and I do not like my blood pressure rising

And I don't give a shit. There are a lot... well, there's one person that I know of on my flist who is on that comm, but I honestly could care less. It squicks me to hell and back, sure, but so does incest and a ton of other things that people I know in fandom do, you know? But, really, let's not try and pretend it's something it's not, guys.

Re: Psych: Yeah, thanks for backing me up. I know that most of my flist who is interested in Psych ships Shawn/Gus (save for the same one person who is on the Rahm community), but I was still kind of afraid that people would be like, "wtf, I'm not racist! ::defriends!::" But it just blows my mind! I find Lassiter unlikeable in general, but that aside, Shawn/Gus makes about a million times more sense to me. I mean, in the high school reunion episode Shawn's response to someone thinking that he and Gus are dating isn't, "omg, I like girls, ew!" but something along the lines of "He's too good for me, he'd never date a guy like me." Then, at the end of that episode, he gets up on stage and gives a speech about how great Gus is and how much he loves him. ALL THIS IN THE SAME EPISODE! It blows my mind. They need love :(
