ingrid michaelson videos!
Hey boys and girls, nothing constructive to say, but I DID upload the four videos I managed to take at the Ingrid Michaelson show the other day!
"Overboard" (with a hilarious Kurt Russell intro), "Far Away," "You Belong to Me" (with Joshua Radin), and "Oh What a Day" are under the cut!
So, before she started the song she wanted the audience to guess what she was going to sing via the three clues she was giving out. One was that it involved water, the other one was... something else... and the last one was "It's the title of a movie from 1987 starring Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell." And some idiot in the audience shouted that the title was "Kurt Russell" and she said, "It's not about Kurt Russell!" and proceeded to make up a song about Kurt Russell. Then she, you know, performed the song.
"Far Away!" This is my favorite Ingrid song of the moment and I LOVE that I got Bess, Allie, AND Ingrid in the video. (PS: I am in love with Allie Moss a little.)
Right before this she called Joshua Radin out on stage and... I dunno, they joked around and had a few false starts while I fought with my camera. But I managed to get it!
This last one starts a few seconds into the song because I had started recording, but then Ingrid moved out of the frame, so I stopped and restarted so I could see both Allie and Ingrid.
