Not a bad weekend, at all. Friday night, I went to the bank and got some things straightened out. There is nothing wrong with my credit, so we have no clue why the other guy gave me a limited account. It kind of sucks though... this guy didn't change my account... so I'm stuck being unable to cash pay checks until a day after I deposit them. Lame ( Read more... )

I put a lot of elbow grease into sanding the gesso last night (with Kris' help). The pieces are starting to finally look smooth. For at least the two I worked on sanding this morning, I think I might just need to apply a bit more gesso to the neglected edges, sand it down and call it good. I'm really iffy on how my chest armor looks. I had finally glued the middle piece last night (hence the ability to post a picture of it) and now I'm really not liking how it looks.
