Ok, that's not totally true... he has brown shoes on. Playing hide and seek with a Ken doll is not fun.
I started work on the clothing for my Baron prop to go with the Whispers of the Heart cosplay I intend to do this year. It's supposed to be a cat head figure wearing a suit with a top hat. I ordered a naked Ken doll off ebay for cheap. After having it sit on my desk for a day or two, I decided I would put it in a safe spot so none of my family would stumble upon it and make me answer embarrassing questions. Problem is I'm good at hiding things but terrible at finding them. *sigh* Now I'm wasting time trying to find the doll when I could be starting on his pants. -_- I need to learn to write myself notes.
I gotta say, I was a bit concerned about working on doll clothes. Its so small. I have the vest mostly put together, it just needs small buttons and an actual snap to keep it together. I think it only took me like 2 hours, start to finish (plus I cut out a couple of the other patterns I would need).
