Look down at your navel. If you moved just a smidge over to the left, and about 1.5 to 2 skinny scrawny finger-tip widths up toward your chest, and, well, pressed in....what's right there, internally? Seems a bit low for the tummy, a bit high for girly innards. PB thinks it may be the spleen.
