Ban left his room and went through the halls at a pace that was just short of a run. Ginji was here, he was really, finally here. Ban had hoped he would show up, but that didn't exactly keep him from being surprised. How long had he it been since he saw his friend? Ban couldn't even remember.
He'd been so surprised at first that he didn't bother asking when or where Ginji had come from. If he was from a different world, like Kazuki had been... Well, they could figure that out when it came to that. For now it was more important that he was here, and Ban needed to get to him. If Ginji accidentally set off any of the electronics on board and got a collar slapped on him, Ban would be beyond pissed.
Finally he reached the gardens and saw Ginji standing outside. Ban slowed down to a more sedate walk. He was relieved to see they hadn't collared Ginji yet. "Hey, Ginji," he said, waving to his partner. "How about we go get that food now?"
Really, he wanted to talk, but the noise of the cafeteria would cover up any suspicious discussions that the security might be monitoring.
