Exploring the Planet
DATE: LATE Day 3, early Day 4
CHARACTER(S): Councilmembers: plutoixcrew (via commlink), fuckedyourfruit, vespaed, southernreaper, justiceinamask and hisoka_the_doll
STATUS: CLOSED, incomplete
SUMMARY: The scouting team heads out into the new world to assess its threat level.
LOCATION: Planetside
After a short procession of getting everyone prepared to head out, Adelè had briefed them all on proper protocol. She and Henry (much to her dismay) would be monitoring the video and audiofeeds to give necessary information - she promised to threaten him, at least, if he got too out of hand.
And so it was that the small group was sent out via the hangar-pod's exit ramp. As soon as it cracked open, the sounds of wildlife would become immediately clear. Birdcalls, and things that sounded... well, similar to birdcalls, plus the humming of insects and the whoosh of clean, cool wind. Really, it seemed almost serene, the way that everything just swayed faintly in the breeze.
What would they find here? Would there be any reason to have their weapons at all? Only time (and exploration) would tell. They were prepared for just about anything, at least, and weren't set to go very far from the pods, just in case something did go horribly wrong.
