I *will not* merchant outside at any event in from June 15 to August 31 of any given year ever again unless we are in the throws of a miniature ice age and the temperature is less than 80 degrees at high noon. I *do not* need the heat related yuck, making a trip where it is so hot the populace *hides* under any related shelter available and doesn't even want to buy salt, and the ill-behaved sugar ants try to make beautiful music with my biscotti supply.
I simply do not need it. If I make any noises about schlepping the shop to any event contradicting the above stated conditions in the future, remind me of my caterwauling. Loudly. Abruptly. Quickly, even.
That being said, the people at Calontir Crown in Grimfells were lovely.
The hotel room with the most amazing husband in the world was awesome.
Chick-fil-a on school ave. in Fayetteville, AR deserves 5 Michelin stars and gets blown a kiss. Stephanie Miller, the person who waited on us last night took awesome care of us, and actually, on her own volition, brought us Powerade. Blue Powerade just tasted cold. I wondered what flavor it was supposed to be. I think it was simply blue. And, honestly that was all right.
Being back home...priceless.
