A few things...

Sep 07, 2009 22:14

1) Legal writing blows. And it's only the third week of school. (Give me time, I'm sure I'll suck it up and become an ace at this stuff. I can only hope.)

2) I really, REALLY wish Lleyton Hewitt had handed Roger Federer a loss on Saturday. Because seriously, someone needs to stop him and I wish it had been Hewitt. Although now, I'm hoping Soderling will beat Fed. 'Cos, you know, Sod and coach Magnus Norman were "yoking" that no one beats him x amount of times in a row. So come on Robin, take charge and BEAT FED.

3) I really wish i'd caught Melanie Oudin's match today. Good for her and here's hoping the American media don't lap her up and screw her up with all the pressure. Please, American media, I'm willing to root for an American, as long as you don't make me regret it.

4) Same for Isner, although i don't think he got as much attention as Oudin has been receiving.

5) Speaking of Isner, I'm glad he lost today only because my suicide pool pick was Verdasco (his opponent). And Verdasco's new hair, longer but not too long, works really well. Not the shirt though. Shirt is awful...bad, Adidas, bad! (I think it's Adidas?). If I can get through tomorrow, guys, that will make me so very happy. But if I don't, well, it's been a dream.

6) WTF Svetlana Kuznetsova.

7) It has been a perfect Labor Day weekend. Weather today was so lovely and I spent maybe 3 minutes outside. For the fail.

8) I got nothing.

Good night!
