Un autre update
It seems all my blog posts recently are updates. That's bad. I mean to post more, but for some reason I can never find interesting things to say. Maybe I will. Soon. I don't know.
Um, what's there to update? Oooh, the room temp in my apartment is 65 degrees! I love spring! Hurrah! I see buds and leaves growing on the branches! It's wonderful! The weather's getting warmer! Hurrah!
I went home this past weekend, which was wonderful. I went down to campus and met up with some good friends, ate good food, and had a great time. It felt fantastic being back at uni--if it weren't for the fact that I didn't have a backpack on my shoulder and wasn't dressed in sweats (total stereotyping, I know. But it's true!) and the knowledge that I wasn't a student anymore--I would totally have blended in. Actually scratch that, I totally blended in. That didn't stop me from feeling out of place even though I really wasn't.
I'm not really making sense.
Anyway! Campus was great, home was great, I wish I were still there but alas, the real world called me back. Sigh.
I didn't get to hang out with as many people as I hoped to on this trip but next time I'll hopefully get enough time to unwind and spend equal time with friends and family.
OK this has been a completely out of sorts, random and unnecessary post. That is why it's friends only.
Oh wait! I did do something sort of interesting! I watched the first ep of the new season of Doctor Who! HURRAH! I'm so glad a new series has started. I didn't think the episode was anything amazing but I'm happy for the Doctor and Donna being a team again. I'm probably one of a few that actually like Donna. Oh well!
And last but not least, Rafa lost in the finals of the Miami Masters to Nikolay Davydenko. Unbelievable. He lost so badly too, 6-4, 6-2. UGH. But, he's done well in the hard court tournaments this year, reaching 2 finals and 2 semifinals, and now it's on to the clay. VAMOS!!!
