White Light
Thank you all for those wonderful blessings and good luck messages! You guys are sooo sweet! Mahalo nui loa! So it went really well...yay! I have made it to the second interview with a couple of docs from this new organization, but the date is to be determined. It was abit wierd though....my interview was scheduled for 8.30am, but I had a patient die at 6am, and didn't get home till 9.45....I had called and left a message with my interviewer of course, but awkward none the less. Then....after being told that they needed someone asap, I told them that if I got the job I could give 2 weeks notice (not fair really on Hospice)...I got to work around lunch time after seeing a bunch of patients, to find my colleage (who works half time) working on her vacation plans on the freakin computer! Huh? You're going on vacation? Oh lord...what to do now? I called (surrupticiously) the woman who interviewed me this morning to let her know that if I was lucky enough to be accepted for the job, I would'nt be able to start till May 8th (when the other RN returns from vacay)....she said, don't worry, we'll wait for the right person.....so...I would respectfully ask ( beg:) that you keep sending the white light, eating dark chocolate and nodding at temples - you guys are the best!
