FYI on the LJ Drama

bubble_blunder has posted an update regarding the letter itself, where it is now, and on initial response to her letter from LJ staff. I hope they clearly answer all those questions, even if it is to say, you know what, actually we don't want you fandom lot here at all. I can't believe the California State Attorney General has allegedly weighed in on this.

Also, for those of you thinking about Scribblit and who have not seen these posts regarding Canadian law (since Scribblit's servers will be there).
