I was bugged last night when listening to MGK - they played Yes' "I've Seen All Good People" and then played "Rosalita" and I was ROCKING OUT and then they proceeded to play Supertramp and then latter day Led Zeppelin. I mean classic Led Zeppelin is bad enough, but the 80s synth version? Cringeworthy.

I like your options, especially "go off the air." I think if the station was ever going to sign off (like what happened to dear, departed WDRE in the mid 90s), they should close it down with a live recording of Rosalita.

The best description of Zepplin I've heard was from P-done. He compared them to an ingredient; "you know it's in everything, you're glad it's around, but you don't want it by itself."

Personally, there are a few songs I like, but I'm not a big Zepplin fan. Although, I did really like the use of the "Black Dog" cover for pre-show.

It was really hard for me to allow that but Colucci had this whole "dog" songs thing happening and I couldn't not. But he and I had a chat about Zeppelin and how I don't like them.
