This was almost totally unexpected. Grandma went into hospital last week with a suspected heart attack (which I think turned out not to actually be a heart attack), they were concerned about her frailty but she was well enough to be released on Wednesday. Unfortunately there was some sort of crisis in the night & she went back into hospital where she died yesterday afternoon.
