Jezebel informs us that Frito Lay doesn't think women eat enough of their chips. (No, ladies, remember: we only like fruits, veggies, and, of course-- that eternal Lady Food, chocolate.) Unfortunately, I think this sort of advertising is largely effective. Not surprisingly, I still want to punch babies whenever I see this sort of estro-marketing and the girl-power-circled-wagons-exclusive-men-can't-possible-understand-how-awesome-it-is-to-be-female culture that both causes and is caused by the aforementioned embarrassingly-effective estro-branding ( ... )
