Apple of course, especially Braeburn/Fuji, and Gala/Golden Delicious.
Sweet potato - tough, brown, and gnarly. But still sweet.
Carrot - those teeny little shreds you can make with the grater are just so...so...adorable! It's like paper bits from a paper shredder, only orange. And edible. And less square.
Parsnips - teeny little yellowish brown
