Yay! Pounces are fun hee hee ^_^ I'm so glad you still like it!

and yeah, wildlife permits are due (all TEN of them, with red tape and reports and applications) and we're supposed to open our birdwatching center by last August only we only have 0.5 staff for it when it's supposed to have 2.5, and maple syrup season is coming up and...*looks at puppy eyes* and I'm IN CHARGE of Homeschool Jamboree this year...and then there's the Nature Trailer...*gets another dose of puppy eyes* and...um...well...what was I doing? *gets kidnapped by plot bunnies*

*cackles* Yes, my plotbunnies, yes! You cannot resist their might! *raises triumphent fist in the air*

But, seriously, I can totally understand real life being busy and all that. I don't want to sound like I'm trying to force you to write more or anything. ^^;

(Now, though, I'm wondering about the Aerialbots and what they were like when they were activated. *pouts and eyes plot bunnies warily*)

Beware! Beware the plot bunnies, for they may turn on the one that sent them! *evil cackle*

Ah no, don't worry - I would looove to write more, no forcing needed, 'specially if I know there's folks out there that actually WANT to read them. We'll see - maybe I'll have more time than I think...

*releases Aerialbot!Activation bunnies* go get her, oh fuzzy ones of DOOM! Muahaha ha ha ha ha ha

I love this! :D Totally and completely adorable. Interesting idea on the optics too! Simple explaination, and totally realistic. Also love how you mention Ratchet having a brother? You must elaborate on this, I'm curious. :3

Also interesting... I too made Spot being the eldest. Aid however, in my story, was the youngest with Blades being the second oldest XD LOVE how Spot came online too... how he's so active even then! Very creative storyline so far :3

It's a bit late for me, so I have to get my aft to bed, so to speak. Great ficy though!! Can't wait to see more of your work!

Thanks! And I'm so glad you liked it ^_^

Yeah, Ratchet has a brother...I've got a fairly good guess who it is, but Ratchet's being evasive on confirming it for some reason. Brothers near the same age are a rare thing in my AU - since the reproduction rate has traditionally been so slow, most Cybertronians are only children, or are considered mature mechs before their creators produce a sibling. Having five all at once like this was unheard of before the war - the Autobots had no idea what they were getting in to, creating their first gestalt, and the Decepticons...well, let's just say their gestalts did not have pleasant childhoods...

Ha - I didn't even think of them as being "younger" or "older" than one another though, but I guess they are technically, by a few kliks at least. Reminds me of those shows of families with quints or sextuplets and they always make a big deal over the birth order.

Anyway, enough babbling, lol - have a good night and likewise (on work the more of it to be seeing)

lol Ratchet can be that way me thinks. I had at one point given Wheeljack a brother... if you're curious, I believe I put his picture up on my DA page. I prefer drawing to writting you see. I got loads of works up there. Mostly Spot, I'll have to admit XD It's at DesertCat87.deviantart.com if you'd like to see any of it. I drew the Protectos as humans... Spot in TFA style... lots of crap. XD

I do tend to keep them in birth order for whatever reason XD Spot likes to insist that he's the oldest. He's picky on that fact.

Laters!

*giggles* Oh... this is _SO_ cute! :D Hyper-excited Hot Spot is adorable, and the contrast between him and Groove is cute. ^_^

*squee_LOL_* Oh... I can just IMAGINE what trouble the imp Air Raid got into when he was told to 'go outside'... xD

*snickers and pats poor Wheeljack* Maybe he gets all the 'squirmy' ones because he actually has the patience to deal with 'em? ^_^; Primus help them if RATCHET had to deal with them. xD

Dawwwwww..... baby First Aid is too cute for words! XD

I do feel sorry for Ratchet, on the P-bot's behalf, knowing the war awaits them, and all... :(

This was so, so sweet. ^__^

Hee, so glad you liked it! ^_^ Hot Spot is just so cute when he's all excited, Mr. Enthusiastic that he is, and Air Raid...yeah, Wheeljack forgot how literal sparklings can be, and how quickly they can get in to things they aren't supposed to. Wheeljack learned his lessons well though - the Protectobots didn't get to have nearly so many near-death experiences, at least as sparklings anyway (the fact that only one of them could fly probably helped too).

Ha, yeah, Ratchet wouldn't handle the squirmy ones nearly as well, so probably a good thing, although I don't think he'd actually ever throw a wrench at a sparkling - Wheeljack has a lot more patience - he's so awesome with them, although even he has his limits.

Baby First Aid, and his ultimate power of cuteness - even Ratchet must melt before it!

Oh dear. ^_^;; Glad they were able to catch/bring Raid back from whatever he'd gotten himself into. ^.^; Crazy bird still hasn't "learned", though (in a lot of mechs' opinions), I bet. XD

Oh, no... he wouldn't throw stuff... but most certainly he'd lose his patience pretty darn quick, and most likely yell a lot, at least. XD "Papa Jack" is cool. :3

Oh yes, indeed! XD (Flight was probably similar... though a different 'sort' of cute. ^.^)

*laughs* are you old enough to remember the Smurfs? When I read "Papa Jack" all I could think of were Aerials and P-bots running after Wheeljack yelling "Papa Jack! Papa Jack!" in Smurf voices XD

*SQUEEE!* So cute! *waves* Hullos, I'm a long-time lurker. I love the way you write the P-bots, as I'm sure you've heard from so many people already XD It's nice to see another P-bot fangirl out there ;)

Awesome job! I look forward to more fics about their time as sparklings. :D Reminds me to keep plugging away at mine actually X_x Yay life getting in the way of fun.

*delighted wave* Hiya! ^_^ I love the way you write the P-bots too! so much win - I came across your 28 Protectobots early on, way back when I was first discovering fanfiction (y'know, in the "olden days," like, last spring) and it totally helped trigger my affection for them, although I'd forgotten about it by the time I started actually writing things down (not because your writing was forgettable! My memory really IS that bad, lol).

I am so glad to hear you're enjoying my version *happy wiggle* and Yay! Yes, definitely keep plugging away - moar Protectobot writings plz, that would be awesome ^_^ (although I totally know how the "life getting in the way" goes. Silly life *sighs* it doesn't seem to understand the importance of Protectobot writings!)

Multiple meltings - oh dear! Do you require a bucket?

Hee, so glad you enjoyed it ^_^ And the plot bunnies are no problem - I've got lots! It's the bunny-to-readable-fic step that's the tough one...
