My dad was missing - because he wanted to be - bipolar disease is horrible
Hey yall - over on FB I created a group - people helped - detectives were able to trace his phone, and we found him. I say we as a collective effort. Last night his car broke down and that's where the cops found him. They took him to a hospital to be checked out - they told us they would hold him long enough for us to drive to Charleston to see him/get him. He told the hospital he was fine, they called us and asked him if he'd like to talk to his family and he said he wasn't interested and specifically had nothing to say to us/would not talk to us.
He's ill - he's told the police he's working. His company shut down months ago. He is compromising his severance by visiting the hotel properties owned by the company who took them over. He is playing games and not texting us - just wanting to direct his own show. Emotional rollercoaster is not enough to cover.
