beach weekend.
I'm coming home this weekend! :) Chase wanted to come with me, but he has to work. I would have loved to bring him, I think it would be good for him to see that side of me... that and I love sharing stuff with him, like the beach and such.
So i totally pigged out last week with alcohol and food and this week I can see it. I gained weight back. ARGH. I'm fustrated. I hate those people who can lose it and keep it off. I gain it back sooooo quickly and it takes FOREVER to lose. I'm just proud that I haven't given up yet. Yesterday I swam pretty damn hard, and today for lunch break I walked all the way from work to home. That was a good hour long walk that is all uphills. I plan to go running or something later this afternoon. This weekend is beach weekend, I will not be ashamed of being shirtless... end of story.
