I'm sorry. But when you haven't had food and clean water for days and help is slow in getting to where you are, you're going to break a store window or break into a grocery store to find food. While I've read about people stealing TVs and shoes (shoes possibly because they have nothing else to put on their feet), I've only really seen pictures of people trying to find food and drinks for themselves so that they can survive until they get rescued.
