Friends and enemies...
Is there any truth to the saying: keep your friends close, and your enemies closer? Do you have enemies? Do you have more friends than enemies?
For some, yes. Some people are more comfortable in being able to see what their enemies are doing and how they react. Others prefer to see as little of them as possible. It is simply two different approaches.
Personally, I have no problem seeing both friends and enemies alike. I do prefer to spend more time with friends though, but I have few enemies. There may be many who do not like me, and perhaps even see me as an enemy, however, I do not feel threatened by any of them. I have too much perspective on things for that. When I know what the outcome of a challenge, the result of an argument, the end of a confrontation will be... there are no reasons to see a threat or danger there. It is all there for me to read, like pages in a book.
