Omg wtF is up with the weather?? it's meant to be freaking July and there are floods everywhere! It's been raining SO much today. Like. A scary amount :| Considering all the flooding going on elsewhere... especially in Gloucester which is only up the road... surprised they haven't announced some kind of alert for areas around the Feeder & Avon. Maybe they have? I wanted to go for a drive in the mini. Because, let's face it, it needs to prove itself to me... but jeez. I drove it down the road to make a hair appointment... and i couldn't see out of the window :| because it was so steamed up. I had the screen heater on, but because it's like a four minute round trip when driving, lol, obv the engine didn't run long enough to heat up and blow out warm air through the heater. So dangerous :| And a drain in the middle of the road had flooded. Man. What happened to summer?

Actually :)

On Tuesday :) It WAS sunny :|:|:|:| Like one day of sunshine with weeks of rain either side of it. Lol. So Bil & i went to Brean and camped the night. Even then, we were turned away by loads of sites beacuse of the risk of flooding. But. We did find somewhere. It was nice :) And man i caught the sun. On my face. But, i had sunglasses on most of the time. So i had/ have panda eyes :| Not so noticeable now though.
So, when we set up, we went to find food :) And i think we found a cafe with the grumpiest woman working for it. Lol. She spoke to us pretty badly tbh. But nm. And then we spent a lot of time on the beach :) And then we started drinking. But the pub started doing karaoke and this little girl got up trying tos ing, so we had to leave before we burst out laughing and offended all the families there lol. Not to mention it just wasn't a great way to spend an evening. We wandered into the fairground, which was pretty expensive. But we went on the orbitors, which are like these weird dodgem things in a little round track. There were only two, so it was perfect for us. And i think it was the cheapest ride there. It was so funny. There was a joystick either side of you, but... the things were just impossible to control! One of the rules on the sign was no bumping... but really, you can't control them enough to prevent it! haha was so much fun. Then we found another place to drink. Like your typical seaside "club"... as in not a nightclub but a really cheesey place that plays disco and has people sing for you and stupid entertainers jumping around on stage. Man it was so annoying. I got us a fruit cider each and i didn't get ID'ed. I got half way through the bottle, and i noticed that one of the DJ/s entertainers (we were sat near the front at the side so we were basically sat right in front of him) was talking to some member of security. And, two minutes later, she came over and asked us for ID. It's so humiliating. Kind of ruined the moment tbh. Was having such a good time. But when they make a point of coming up to you when you're minding your own business to ask you for ID, and people around you look round and automatically think you're not old enough, you just feel a fool... it really pisses me off. I mean fgs, i got served in the first place. ARGH! That really pisses me off man. Anyway. Other than that, it was fun.

Yday, we cam home pretty early because of rain. Lol. Was home by 11am. H had the day off work, so i saw him, which was nice :) He's really helping me out looking for a stereo/mp3 player/ cd player for my mini. He's putting mroe effort into it than me lol. Probably because i realise it's not good idea for my bank balance to get one just now :P Also, i'm kind of waiting for it to let me down again lol... be a bit of a waste buying a cool sound system for the car if it breaks down a couple of days later. It's really sweet of him though :) On Saturday before work we plan to go to a David Hockney exhibition.

God, i have a day of work on Saturday. Ugh.

Man this guy from work, who i was msn'ing with said how i always seem to have time off work. He says it quite a lot actually. Gets on my nerves so much! It's as if he thinks i'm slacking or something, or not entitled to this much holiday. All i do is spread it out so i don't have to work too long without having time off. And, to be perfectly honest, i'm probably contracted to do more hours than he is. I mean really. What is it to him how much time i have off work anyway? It's not like i'm somehow getting more holiday time than i'm entitled to. Most of the time it feels like i practically live in that place. Even though i don't even do full time hours. Still spend too much time there.
