The Proposition
Well I kind of got an offer to stay on site at the hospital I'm at. I say kind of because my bosses, boss brought it up and said she'd give me more $$$ but had to run it through my boss first. She asked what I thought and I said for a raise I wouldn't mind staying on down there. It's a bit slower pace but it's much more volatile than my office. In my office if you drop the ball you say sorry and move on. Working on site you CAN'T drop the ball. You're in their house. Enemy territory and that's that. There is no "I'm Sorry" there. I'm pretty good at covering my tail and it's mainly running reports and making spreadsheets, which I'm really good at. So it would be a daily challenge but on the back end it's slower. I'd have my own office. I'd actually get a 30 minute lunch each day. (I do not take lunches on a 9 hour day at my regular office). So anyway we'll see where it goes.
