Two unwelcome individuals

We had two men in our store yesterday whom I'd just as soon not see there again.

One is an unfortunate man whose personal hygiene is awful, who told one of my coworkers that he had dysentery, who knocked a whole bunch of beer over and then stowed several bottles in his capacious, multi-pocketed jacket.  He came back today and  pulled some of the same stunts.   I caught sight of him, notified my coworkers, and we engineered his departure from the store.  He left on a bicycle; I imagine he doesn't have a license or a car, due to his afflictions.  Creepy but sad.

The second, regretably, is an employee.  He just came to work with us within the past three weeks.  Rumor has it that he was bounced from another location of our company, for having inappropriate conversations with minor-aged female employees.  Well, he has settled right in at our location with much the same M.O..  Already two young women have gone to upper management with complaints that he has made unwelcome remarks about them.  And unfortunately, he has found a painfully gullible young man to use in his pursuit of his prey.   He talked a Young Guy who works afternoons and evenings into coming into his, the manager's office, and letting the manager use the young man's Facebook account to look up the friends he has among the young staff.   Oh   my   god.    I am livid as I write this.  Of course, some of us asked the Y.G. why he did that, and the Y.G. said he thought he had to do it.   We all adore the Y.G. and we all know how incredibly sweet and naive he is, so we don't really blame him but oh God, we are angry about the new manager.   I hope to hell this gets resolved quickly, and meanwhile we're all talking and warning each other.  There are an awful lot of very young people working here, of both genders, and as a mother and as a woman I'm furious.
