(no subject)
Hello.
I'm still alive, worry not. Just busy. Veterinary medicine takes study (surprise surprise). They're giving us tests and presentations and projects, and what with my black belt testing coming up, it doesn't make for an awful lot of free time. But when I do have time, I play guitar, write for the paper and occasionally even venture out to socialise, with Niall, Victoria, the sci-fi society (love those guys!!!)... thats about it. The people on my course are nice enough but I've yet to find a proper friend really. I'm working on it! But hey, I'm so busy it doesn't make much difference.
Work's a bit sucky. Our manager has gone to Australia and they haven't bothered hiring another one... so things are a bit messy. And everyone's trying to take holidays coz you can't take them after November, so I'm covering way too many weekend hours... sigh. Ah well, tis only til December I guess. Just hoping college exams won't be too stressful. At least we get a revision week.
Ali! Stop thinking about exams! Good things... I just wrote another article for the paper, got my first one published last week. Hurray! This one's on Pravda. Hopefully it'll be published... what else... saw Black Sheep last night, quite funny it was too in a silly gross braindead kind of way. Then again thats pretty much a definition of zombie movies!
The only thing I don't like about my new life is the lack of free time which means I can't read much, I only read classic elective reading list books. Still, gotta love the Myceneans and Troy so I'm happy enough. Also the lack of seeing people... mostly the people who are here on livejournal... sorry guys! I may be in town on Friday so if you are too, give me a text. I've decided to spend all the money I'm making on fun things to make myself happy. Because thats what material possessions do right?

Anyways! Yes life is good, if full t overflowing. But I don't care what anyone says, cutting up dead dogs is fun, aside from the smell. And rottweilers make better dissections than greyhounds.
Just so you all know :P I'm sorry for being such a bloodthirsty psycho! Ah well. What can one do! I had my fun, that's all that matters :-P
