Should be available everywhere. That said, don't really see the point in marriage truth be told, as if somehow a piece of paper validates your love for someone.
3. Lowering the drinking age?
Fine by me. Kids are always going to drink, so it'd be better to get them in the pub as a safe, controlled and responsible environment rather than having them drinking Spesh down the park.
