Miracle in Atlanta! Best traffic day ever!
It is approximately 15 miles from my home to my office.
In typical Atlanta morning traffic, this drive takes anywhere from 45 minutes to 1 hr 15 minutes and is accompanied by emotions ranging from mind-numbing boredom to utter disbelief at some of the stupid stuff people do behind the wheel of a vehicle in this city.
Today, the drive took 22 minutes.
I couldn't believe it.
I was actually terrified while driving on the freeway cus I'm so used to sitting completely stopped on that freeway in gridlock that it felt odd and terrifying to be going the speed limit or greater. *rolleyes*
I wonder if the drive home will be that good! And if so, what in the world will I do with all my extra free time???
