San Ei Charmanders at Frys!
So Frys sometimes gets in random toys and things, but thus is interesting. I'm here right now and these are listed at $15 (well, before the guy took all the prices off). They have Shop Pro tags, but since Poke Vault listed them as Poke Cen exclusives from last year, and they come in separate baggies (usually a telling sign) I'm going with not legit? I kinda want one because they look great, but yeah. The Nintendo plush they have in baggies is also Sanei too, apparently. 
Edit: Sounds like they are good! Check Frys if you live close to one to see what they have (mine only had Charmander). Looks like the $15 was just a sale price though, so they are actually $20.
