You can try asking Swampeh , they seem to have what *appears* to be a colored version in their collection.

Confirming what knuclear200x says is all correct.
I've never seen one without colour tho. perhaps a factory error or a prototype! Very cool :D

I got this figure from some guy here, but colored. It's from Bandai Europe's own line of pokemon toys. they even made Staraptor and Salamence. that little nub is supposed to be a smaller figure that rides on it

Ahh I have that figure in color, if I remember right it came with another figure that you could put on the gyarados -> I think it is a worldwide release as I got it in the Netherlands around 6 years ago! It has a kinda glossy finish too.

Hmm it was so long ago, I am certain though it was a pokemon from either the Hoenn or Sinnoh region! I wish I knew which one exactly sorry!
