You can try asking
Swampeh
, they seem to have what *appears* to be a colored version in their collection.
Between the TFG and dark navy Gyarados.

Yes it definitely needs some cleaning. This is how I got it from the seller. Thanks for the picture!

Confirming what knuclear200x says is all correct.
I've never seen one without colour tho. perhaps a factory error or a prototype! Very cool :D
