Many, many gets!
Hello! So, I'm moving for college soon, and while I sold a big part of my collection on my last sales post/ebay, I still managed to get myself a big box of goodies before I leave.
What's in the box?
Let us begin!
The excitement is taking over.
First off, 2 of my biggest wants: Leafeon & Glaceon 2009 Tomy standing plushies!
I'm surprised at how well made they are. I couldn't expect less from Tomy.
I actually recently won another Leafeon from an auction here, but as soon as I saw this one on Y!J going for the price it was going for, I just couldn't let it go! I now have one for shows and the other one for cuddling/traveling. :)
Their beautiful hang tags. I'm so glad I was able to find them both in mint condition. :')
These might as well be some of my favorite plush in my collection.
Next up are my amazing Pokedolls! All minky.
They are all amazingly soft and detailed. The Lapras and Lucario are definitely a lot better than their velboa counterparts.
Mewtwo and Genesect are great! As soon as they were announced I knew I wanted to get myself a pair. I'm just hoping they also release a Pokedoll for Mewtwo's mega evolution to go with the movie vibe.
Their hang tags. I absolutely love their shape and the art style used on them. So yes, I do prefer japanese Pokedolls over american ones because of the hang tag design.
Next is the DX Manaphy from the I LOVE MARINE collection.
She is enormous! And super soft as well. I'm amazed at how well made she is. Definitely worth every penny.
The only thing I could complain about is that both antennas are sewn together. I'm not sure why Banpresto would do this in the first place...
The 16th movie DX Eevee and Sylveon set from Banpresto.
I'm actually really disappointed with these. I was expecting them to be as soft or at least close to the I LOVE EIEVUI DX set, but the material is meh. Not cuddly at all. I was hoping they'd at least try to match Sylveon so it could be considered as part of the DX Vee collection.
Here's me hoping Tomy releases an eeveelution collection that matches the 2009 standing Leafeon and Glaceon. :(
Lastly, the amazing Munchlax AG Tomy plush.
I had been planning to get one of these for a really long time, so I finally decided to do so.
And boy was he worth it! He's super soft and cuddly.
He also came with a kid (which I don't collect) and was wondering if anyone knew if it was rare at all or what it usually sells for. It's a clear Pikachu kid that came in a blind bag. That's all I know. I kept the original bag just in case. Hopefully someone here will be able to clear this up for me. :3
I also received a package from Sunyshore a few weeks ago.
Goodness! There are no regrets. I'm in love.
I'm amazed by how great this plush is. I've seen some people say it's not nearly as good as the original 2009 one, but I'm just going to settle for this one considering how expensive the original ones are.
I love the hang tag! It looks really nice.
Anyway, thank you so much for looking. This is probably my last gets post in a while since I'm moving at the end of the month. I will obviously not miss out on the gen 6 merch, but my gets posts won't be as extensive as this one.
I'll also try and post my whole collection before I leave.
