Every child is the parents' best present from God, just like every idol is every girl's most precious treasure. Even though those presents you have recevied might not stay in your wardrobe anymore, that feeling of happiness and being touched when you first received the present will definitely remain in your memory. Just like our Kamenashi Kazuya, just because he used to hold that certain belief so even till now he still believes in Santa Claus!

Perhaps you think the idea of Santa Claus is just a thing for kids, but Kamenashi Kazuya has really received a blessing from Santa Claus: “The most memorable present I’ve ever received is the one I received during year one in primary school. That Christmas I received a pair of baseball gloves from Santa Claus, it is in a sock-shaped box and inside there are even some sweets and biscuits. That was the time when I have just started to play baseball, and when I woke up and found the baseball gloves next to my pillow, I was ecstatic! So until now, I still believe in Santa Claus!”

Actually “sensitivity” is part of “concern”. As long as you really wholeheartedly care for someone, you will gradually notice that person’s needs. “I don’t just buy things for others on some special occasions or birthdays, sometimes I would just wander around and suddenly have this thought ‘oh xxx would look great in this top’, of course I would end up buying that top and give this top to that peron as a gift. Sometimes I would even give my juniors some of my clothes, but obviously they don’t count as presents!”
Such a good act of kindness, isn’t it? This is something a cool person like Kamenashi Kazuya would do as well!

Giving out birthday presents has become pretty much a tradition in the society, and Kamenashi Kazuya is not an exception. “Basically every year I will give presents to my friends, stuff like toys, clothes, food etc etc… I will choose something they like as presents, but sometimes there’ll be times when I have work and will not be able to meet the birthday girl/boy on the day. For example the present which I want to give Taguchi 3 years ago is still at my house right now! Once I miss the chance, I would not know how to hand out the present later on”

There is no doubt Kamenashi Kazuya is the most suitable person who received the “Best Johnny’s” award again this year. Other than thanking everyone for their continuous support, he said he will reward himself by going to the sea!
“I started surfing 2 years ago, and this year I have been going to the sea quite a few times. Although I am not really good at it, I have been practicing with the surf board. I tend to wake up very early and go to the sea, and wait till sunset before I dragged my body out of the sea. That is a very enjoyable feeling.”
