30 Days of TV: Days 6 & 7

Behind again. I completely forgot about this yesterday.

Day 6 - Favorite episode of your favorite TV show

Since I couldn't decide on just one favorite show, do I list my favorite eps from each? My favorite LOST episode is probably the Pilot. It was the one that hooked me, and I'm not sure I ever loved another episode as much. My favorite Buffy episode is a little tougher. Probably "Hush," just because it was so different. As for Friends, how do I choose? There were so many hilarious episodes! I guess "The One With the Embryos," where the gang plays a game to see who knows who better, and the girls end up losing their apartment to the boys. I always loved the ones where the whole group was featured more than individually-focused episodes. I also loved "The One With All the Cheesecakes," because the ending, with Chandler and Rachel int he hall, picking cheesecake off the floor, was probably one of the funniest of the whole series. I still giggle whenever Joey shows up and pulls the fork out of his jacket. :D

Day 7 - Least favorite episode of your favorite TV show

Hm. LOST: It's hard, because there are a lot I wasn't that crazy about. Though I suppose the most useless one, to me, was "Stranger in a Strange Land." Season 3 tended to meander too much because it was before they had an end date, and I hated how the castaways were split for so long (though I suppose I got used to it, since they always seemed split in one way or another after that.) This episode was the one with Jack's flashback to Thailand. I'm not a Jack fan, and I hated that flashback.

Buffy: Almost all of Season 7? I didn't like the later seasons that much. I think once Buffy went to college, they kind of jumped the shark. And I didn't like the stunt where a ton of girls suddenly became slayers. It just didn't do anything for me. So I can't pick on episode, since I only watched that season once.

Friends: This one's hard because I liked them all! Like Buffy, the later seasons weren't as good, but I still thought most of the episodes were hilarious. I guess "The One Where They All Turn Thirty" wasn't as good. It was more of a clip show, and I didn't like the ones that showed their pasts as much. Sometimes they were funny, but this one was kind of blah.
