so i just made this beautiful sauce for the second time.
i think it deserves to be recorded, even though ill prolly never make it the same way twice.
in short, its alfredo sauce with onions, garlic, herbs, pepper, salt, white wine, and diced kalamata olives. the result is a pinkish purple cheese sauce that i can totally dig. both times ive used classico alfredo sauce with added ricotta and butter. ill have to try it from scratch at some point. it was really good over both campanelle pasta and ravioli.
in other news, red dwarf is awesome.
