holiday.
I'm writing this in the departure lounge at LBA - I'm off to Spain today, you see :) a week in sunny Benidorm with the family. Should be interesting.
Proper update when I get back, but a few things to note:
- I got into university! I needed a B in Biology, ended up with a C but Aston University accepted me anyway, so I'll be moving to Birmingham at the end of September. Scary stuff.
- My university accommodation is confirmed and deposit paid. I'll be sharing kitchen facilities with 2 other people and bathroom with 5 others.
- My new phone is here, obviously. It's a Nokia E71 and it is beautiful.
- My brother apologised for not having spoken to me for ages, which was unexpected but appreciated. So I guess that's cool for now - I'm not one to hold a grudge, especially with family.
I think that's about all for now. I'll try to finish my handwritten posts and stuff when I get back - I had intended to do it before I left but had a review to write and uni stuff to sort out and so on.
I have to board my flight soon. I really hate flying, but at least this time I'm prepared. I have a drink, sandwich, two books, my mp3 player, three magazines (New Scientist, Scientific American Mind and Psychologies because it has Sharon Osbourne in it) and a deck of cards.
