Today I worked on my transcription of a Renaissance chanson. It was both fun and frustrating due to the poor visability of the copy I was working with. Then I began learning this prelude by Shostakovich that I want to play for my piano exam. Lately it's seemed like I've been making masses of improvement with my playing, yet I've been doing barely any practise. It kind of worries me, because what if I've just gone crazy and am not actually improving and am instead exactly as I usually am, but I just don't know it? Ahhh. But my teacher's noticed, so perhaps I'm not really on crack.
I blame uni and it making me learn.
