8/1/2020- Early AM, 12 CM tumor with ruptured mass- Gary the grapefruit- removed with left ovary.
8/4/2020- Home from the hospital!
8/6/2020- Call from Dr, pathology confirms rare cancer- granulosa cell tumor- referred to oncologist. They have a cancellation and I get a same day appointment. Treatment plan, full hysterectomy.
8/31/2020- Back to work!
9/4/2020- waiting- CT scans next, then another oncology visit. Healing from abdominal surgery.
10/20/2020- full hysterectomy via davinci robotic assisted surgery.
1/9/2021- begin meds- tamoxifen 20 1 tab mg 2x a day for 3 weeks, then Megestrol 40mg 2 tabs 2x a day for 3 weeks and rinse and repeat.
