Crop your Base:
Duplicate twice and set the first layer to screen 41% and another to soft light 53%. (sometimes this depends upon your base that how dark/bright it is)
click on your base then go to Image>> Adjustment>> Selective color.
Reds;
Cyan +11
Magenta -6
Yellow -50
Black +43
Cyans;
Cyan -59
Magenta -25
Yellow +25
Black +23
Neutrals;
Cyan +25
Magenta -8
Yellow -23
Black -11
So heres what you get:
Then, Add this scartch texture by toybirds, erase a bit from her face:
Add this Brush [By me], & i wrote Hilary in "Arial Black" 8pt and Duff in font "Graffiare" 12pt and Little rotated "Duff" to upwards & Tada!!
