Still live and not doing that bad...

I've been so busy with Maylee and balancing my dr's appointments with her vet appointments that I don't know where the last month went to. I got back in the end of May and now it's already June. I find that I don't have that much time for LJ right now and I'm happy to see that everyone else hasn't deleted me from their friends list just yet.

I got Maylee's pathology results. It is allergic dermatitis, the tests conclude that it is an insect bite sensitivity aka insect bite allergy. I on the other hand think it might be pollen, but hey I haven't gone to medical school. We are heading off to the dermatologist to try to nip this problem so it doesn't lead to me having to give her back to the school as well preventing Maylee experiencing any more uncomfort then she already has and to not allow it to be a serious issue if we deal with it right away. I have to fill out this long questionnaire that our vet has to send to the specialist before they will see May, so we have to contact her puppy raiser as well as the school vets to help as much as possible to complete the form.

Today I gave Miss May her first bath at home, boy was that fun! She looked so cute and very sad, but she took it like a good little trooper and allowed me to bath her properly. I have a few pictures, but no shampoo pics because my hands were all wet and I forgot the camera till she was on her second rinse. Mini-me brought the camera to me and then proceeded to gush at the cute wet lab in the bathtub before giving us some privacy. Mini-me is starting to get used to to all the attention that Maylee is getting and helping out when she can. At first it was really hard for her being the only child and used to getting all the attention -- good or bad.

Here's some pics

Look Mommy aren't I cute, now please rub me belly!

Mini-me's version of Look Mommy aren't I cute and yes she did get her belly rubbed to....well more like tickled, but she enjoyed it!

Me and May at the mall waiting for mini-me who was trying on clothes, so I took a picture of us via the changing room mirror.
